What makes TDP different from other coaching programs?
While many nutrition coaching programs focus on the science of nutrition, we focus on the success of YOU.
That means we connect with you on a personal level to understand your preferences, responsibilities, aspirations, challenges, and lifestyle before building a nutritional plan with you.
We believe nutrition is far more about you than it is about food.
How long does it take to get started after signing up?
You'll receive your initial steps immediately after your first connection call with your coach.
I'm extremely busy between work and my personal life; will that interfere with my ability to achieve my goals?
Absolutely not. The best time to pursue your goals is when you're busy because you'll learn how to be more flexible and consistent, which is why our coaches provide you with a plan that shows you how to do that.
Think of it like this: If you wait until you're not busy to achieve your goals, you'll probably lose them when you become busy. But if you pursue them while you're busy, they'll be much easier to maintain long term.
Do you design meal plans?
Yes – we do create meal plans for our functional clients when necessary, while also helping you learn which foods, how much food, and when to eat food based on your personal preferences; so you can create your own meal plan as well.
Do you design calorie and macro plans?
Yes – we have many clients who prefer a structured calorie and macro plan, but our primary coaching style is personalized so we can meet you where you’re at and give you what you need to practically make progress.
Do you design fitness training plans?
While our expertise is primarily lifestyle development and diet design, we do consult with our clients on their fitness training plans in many different forms, to ensure that it aligns with their preferences and goals.
Do you offer video or phone calls with clients?
Yes – we offer both to develop a deeper level of personal connection and accountability between each coach and client.
What if I'm new to nutrition and working out?
Congratulations on beginning your new journey with nutrition and working out! We're here to help you take the right steps forward so you don't become overwhelmed while making sustainable progress toward your goals.
Do you work with young, old, overweight, already fit, or inactive clients?
Absolutely – your transformation plan will be fully personalized based on where you’ve been, where you’re at, and where you want to be.
Do you work with CrossFitters or competitive performance athletes?
Yes – many of our coaches are experienced in CrossFit and competitive athletic performance.
